What Information We Collect
We collect information in four situations:
- Back-in-stock notifications: If you sign up to be notified when a sold-out item returns, we collect your email address and the product you're interested in.
- Coming-soon launch notifications: If you sign up to be notified when an unreleased product becomes available, we collect your email address and the product you expressed interest in. You must explicitly consent to being contacted before submitting this form.
- Commission requests: If you submit a commission request through our "I Want One Made" form, we collect your name, email address, the product you're interested in, and any message you choose to include. You must explicitly consent to being contacted before submitting this form.
- Payment: When you purchase a product, you are directed to Etsy to complete the transaction. We never see or store your payment information — Etsy handles all of that on their secure platform.
We do not collect your address, phone number, or any other personal information through our website beyond what is listed above. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service.
How We Use Your Information
If you signed up for a back-in-stock notification, we will:
- Send you a one-time email when that specific product becomes available again
- Not add you to any mailing list or send you marketing emails
- Not share your email with any third parties
If you signed up for a coming-soon launch notification, we will:
- Send you a one-time email when that specific product launches and becomes available for purchase
- Not add you to any mailing list or send you marketing emails
- Not share your email with any third parties
- Retain your email only until the product launches and the notification is sent, after which it is deleted
If you submitted a commission request, we will:
- Use your name and email to contact you directly about your commission inquiry
- Not add you to any mailing list or send you unsolicited marketing emails
- Not share your information with any third parties
- Retain your request information only as long as necessary to fulfill or decline the commission inquiry
Payment Processing
All purchases are completed through Etsy. When you click "Buy on Etsy," you are taken to our Etsy listing in a new tab where you complete your order through Etsy's secure checkout. We do not receive, process, or store any payment card information. Etsy's privacy policy applies to any information you provide during checkout — you can review it at etsy.com/legal/privacy.
In some cases, a direct PayPal payment link may be offered as an optional alternative. If you choose to pay via PayPal directly, PayPal's privacy policy applies to that transaction — you can review it at paypal.com.
Data Storage & Security
Information collected through our website is stored in a secure MySQL database hosted on Hostinger servers located in the United States. Access to this database is restricted and password-protected. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted passwords and rate limiting on all public endpoints.
Back-in-stock notification emails are retained only until the product restocks and the notification is sent, after which they are deleted.
Coming-soon launch notification emails are retained only until the product becomes available and the launch notification is sent, after which they are deleted. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Commission request data — including your name, email, and message — is retained only as long as necessary to respond to and resolve your inquiry. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your email address from our notification list at any time
- Request deletion of your commission request data at any time
- Withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — we will stop processing your data and delete it upon request

Third-Party Services
Our website uses the following third-party services:
