1. About UnFnish3D Business

UnFnish3D Business is an independent shop operated by Don Hopkins, based in Portland, Oregon. We specialize in handcrafted, made-to-order 3D printed horror collectibles and decorative pieces. All items are produced individually by hand.

2. Made-to-Order Policy

Every item in our shop is made to order. Nothing is pre-built or sitting on a shelf. When you place an order, we begin production specifically for you. This means:

• Production time can take anywhere from two weeks to two months, depending on the size, complexity of the order, or UnFnish3D Business order volumes at the time of order. Please take this into consideration when you place your order.
• Shipping time is additional and depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout via Etsy.
• Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers once the item has shipped.
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

3. Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details.

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as production may already be underway. If production has begun, we reserve the right to decline the cancellation request.

4. Coming Soon — Interest Signups

Some products on our site may be listed as "coming soon" before they are available for purchase. You may sign up to be notified when a coming-soon item launches by providing your email address through the "I Want This" form. Please note the following:

• Signing up for a launch notification is not a purchase, reservation, or binding commitment of any kind. It is an expression of interest only.
• Signing up does not guarantee that the product will launch, that it will be available at any particular price, or that it will be available to purchase at all. We reserve the right to cancel, delay, or modify any coming-soon product at our discretion.
• When a coming-soon product becomes available, we will send you a one-time notification email at the address you provided. We will not add you to any ongoing mailing list.
• You may request removal from our interest list at any time by contacting us at info@unfnish3dbusiness.com.

5. Commission Requests

Our "I Want One Made" feature allows customers to submit a commission inquiry for sold-out items. Please note the following:

• Submitting a commission request is not a purchase or binding order. It is an expression of interest only.
• We will contact you at the email address provided to discuss availability, pricing, and timeline before any order is placed.
• Commission pricing and production timelines are discussed and agreed upon individually. Production time for commissioned pieces follows the same two-week to two-month window outlined in our Made-to-Order Policy above.
• A commission becomes a binding order only when both parties have agreed to terms and payment has been completed through Etsy or an agreed payment method.
• We reserve the right to decline any commission request at our discretion.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
• Include your order information and clear photos of the damage, including the packaging
• We will work with you to make it right — either a replacement or a refund at our discretion
• Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery, or for items lost after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it:

• Check with neighbors and any secure locations on your property
• Contact your local USPS post office with your tracking number
• Contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with USPS where eligible

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. For high-value orders, we recommend selecting a shipping option with signature confirmation at checkout.

8. Payment

All purchases are completed through Etsy's secure checkout. When you click "Buy on Etsy," you will be taken to our Etsy listing where you can complete your order. By completing a purchase on Etsy you agree to Etsy's Terms of Use. Etsy accepts all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods depending on your location.

In some cases, a direct PayPal payment link may be offered as an optional alternative for customers who prefer to pay directly. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We do not store any payment information on our servers.

9. Shipping

We ship from Portland, Oregon using USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight. We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes for international orders.

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping availability may change — check the FAQ on our shop page for the latest information.

10. Artistic & Fan Art Disclaimer

Some items in our shop are inspired by characters from popular horror films, books, and media. These pieces are created as artistic interpretations and fan art, crafted by independent sculptors and printed and finished by UnFnish3D Business.

We make no claim of ownership over any third-party intellectual property. All character names, likenesses, and associated trademarks are the property of their respective owners. UnFnish3D Business is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any film studio, publisher, or rights holder.

These pieces are sold as collectible art objects for personal display and enjoyment.

11. Product Descriptions & Colors

We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photographs and descriptions. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings. Minor variations in finish, texture, and detail are inherent to the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or ban users from our site at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for any cancelled orders.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnFnish3D Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our site shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
